Never played on a team before. Skated on some outdoor ice in my local community rink and really wanted to learn the game. I signed up for Co-ed at first in the lowest div and now play men’s. It’s been fun. I recommend anyone thinking of joining to go ahead and make the move!
Hockey was my sport as a kid, and I was thrilled to find a league for adults that have the same feel. The competition is there. The fun is there. And I have a great relationship with my team. Of course, a couple of scoring titles didn’t hurt either.
